Deputy IT Director

Qualifications:

  • higher professional education:
  • attentiveness and diligence;
  • work experience in the specialty for at least 3 years, including at least 2 years in the banking sector;
  • work experience in a managerial position not less than 2 years;
  • knowledge in the field of economics and information technologies, confirmed by the appropriate certificates and etc.
  • knowledge of principles of building computer networks;
  • understanding of basics of algorithmization and programming;
  • experience in building and improving processes in IT Department, -experience in writing normative documents and regulations;
  • knowledge of the Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, normative legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the internal normative documents of the Bank;

Responsibilities:

  • management of the part of IT departments of the Bank (technical support, remote banking systems support, maintenance of the ATM network, telephony)
  • preparation and keeping up to date of the documentation, description of IT processes;
  • organization of processes on implementation, updating, -maintenance, and development of information technologies and systems.
  • budget management: planning, justification, and control of spending;
  • interaction with other Bank departments on technical issues;
  • making decisions to eliminate technical problems 24/7;
  • management of inventory items and material assets of the Bank in the field of IT;
  • selection, training, and motivation of personnel;
  • evaluation of employees’ performance;
  • participation in working groups related to work on projects to automate the Bank’s business processes.

Employment Conditions:

Employment under the Labour Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Work at the Head Office, Bishkek.
