Position:

Cashier in the Cash Operations Department

Qualification criteria:

  • higher economic education;
  • work experience in the banking sector for at least one year;
  • cash management experience for at least one year;
  • experienced PC user;
  • skills in determining the authenticity of payment means;
  • certificates confirming completion of specialized courses and seminars/trainings (preferably).

A candidate should know:

  • legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, NBKR regulations and internal regulatory documents of the Bank;
  • rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection;
  • ethics of business communication, procedure for establishing business contacts and conducting negotiations.

Core responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring high-quality customer service at the savings bank;
  • Ensuring the safety and accounting of valuables: cash; other valuables and documents;
  • Receiving and issuing cash in national and foreign currency;
  • Complying with customer service standards;
  • Currency recalculation, sorting, formation and packaging;
  • Preparation for sending worn banknotes to the NBKR.
