Timur Berbaev

Chairman of the Management Board

Berbaev Timur Omurbekovich is the certified lawyer with a master's degree. In 1998, he graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with the degree in International Law, and later he received the academic Master’s degree majoring in Jurisprudence, specializing in Civil Legal Activities, at the Kyrgyz State National University.

He has twenty years of work experience in the banking sector. In 2004, he began serving at “Energobank” OJSC in the capacity of Leading Specialist in the Legal Department. Then he has worked his way up to management positions in various banks and companies. He worked as the Head of the Troubled Loan Division and Department at “Zalkar Bank” OJSC and later at “Rosinbank” OJSC, and also managed by one of the branches of “Rosinbank” OJSC. Within the period from February 2015 to February 2022, he was the Member of the Management Board of the “Microcredit Company “Entrepreneurship Development Fund” OJSC, then he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Early in 2019 he passed the competitive selection at the State Property Management Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic and was included in the personnel reserve for the Governing Bodies of business entities with state equity participation.

In August 2021, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit from the State Property Management Fund under the Ministry of Investment of the Kyrgyz Republic for high professionalism, fruitful work and in honor of the celebration of “Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic.”

From March 1, 2022, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, and from July 1, 2022, he was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Management Board of “Keremet Bank” OJSC. He is fluent in the Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Holds Certificates of the Association of Accountants and Auditors “Banking Risk Management”, Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan “Corporate Governance” and the State Financial Intelligence Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic “CFTA/LCP”.

Mukusheva Damira Asypbekovna

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Mukusheva Damira Asypbekovna was born in Frunze (now Bishkek). In 1985 she graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute and in the meantime entered her employment as an Economist at Stroybank.

In this financial institution, climbed gradually her career ladder in capacity of the Senior Economist, then Chief Economist, Head of the Planning-Credit Department. Since 1994, she has held various management positions at “Kyrgyzpromstroybank” OJSC, including the Member of the Board of Directors.

Since 2008, continued her career at “AsiaUniversalBank” OJSC by heading the Branch, and since 2010, she managed various structural divisions at “Zalkar Bank” OJSC. Within the period from 2013 to 2020, was the Director of the Chui Branch of “Rosinbank” OJSC, and from 2020 to 2022, she headed the Bishkek Branch of “Keremet Bank” OJSC.

In 2022, was transferred to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at “MCC “Entrepreneurship Development Fund” OJSC.

Professional successes were marked by the following awards: “Expert Qualification Badge of Kyrgyzpromstroybank”; Gold Badge of "AsiaUniversalBank" OJSC; Certificates, Diplomas of "Rosinbank" OJSC;  Appreciation Letter and Certificate of Merit from the Association of Legal Entities "Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan".

Also has extensive knowledge of strategic planning, management and marketing, and served the internship and training at “Bank TuranAlem” in Kazakhstan.

Ruslan Raimbekovich Sultanov

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Ruslan Raimbekovich Sultanov is a certified economist and lawyer. After graduating from the Kyrgyz State National University in 1999 with a degree in "World Economy" he entered the International Academy of Management, Law, Finance and Business at the Faculty of Law and graduated in 2010.

During 23 years of his career he managed to prove himself in various positions, including managerial positions, in the State Tax Inspectorate, Bishkek State University of Economics and Entrepreneurship, Kyrgyz State Mining and Metallurgical Institute, Entrepreneurship Development Fund, Republican Radio and Television Center of the Public Television and Radio Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation of the Kyrgyz Republic, in "Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank" CJSC and various commercial structures.

He received additional education in the basics of legal regulation, financial management and accounting, management accounting, strategic marketing, public procurement management, taxes and law.

Also actively engaged in public activities: he was twice a member of district election commissions; he was a chairman of the Public Council of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Gulmira Toktogozhoeva

Member of the Management Board – Chief Accountant

Toktogozhoeva Gulmira Anarbekovna has more than twenty years of continuous experience in the financial sector, including work in the audit company "Jacobs Audit".  After successful completion of the Economics and Management Faculty of the Kyrgyz State National University, she began to work in OJSC "Kyrgyzpromstroibank", where for 10 years she made a successful career from Specialist to Deputy Chief Accountant, Head of the Back-Office Transaction Support, Head of the Deposit  Operations Administration Division at the Department for Administration of the branch "AUB-Chuy" (formerly OJSC "Kyrgyzpromstroibank"). She has worked at CJSC "Bank Companion" (MFC "Financial Group Companion") for more than five years, holding the positions of Deputy Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant. In the audit company "Jacobs Audit" she gained extensive experience in auditing financial statements of banks, enterprises and international projects. From May 2018 to January 2019 she was a member of the Board of Directors of LLC "Companion-Invest". In February 2019, she was invited to the position of Chief Accountant - Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department at OJSC "Keremet Bank" (formerly OJSC "Rosinbank"), and since October 2020, she has been a member of the Management Board – Chief Accountant of OJSC "Keremet Bank". In connection with the successful certification, she was qualified as international Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP). She has excellent theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of IFRS, banking, tax and labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. She is fluent in Kyrgyz and Russian Languages.

Kubanychbek Shapakov

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Shapakov Kubanychbek Zhenishbekovich has two specialized financial educations. He graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in Finance and Credit and the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Commercial Bank Supervisor - Bank Manager. He has a number of relevant certificates in banking.

More than 20 years of experience in the banking sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. In the structure of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, he worked his way up from an ordinary specialist to a managerial position. He was involved in the implementation of tasks on the management of international reserves, as well as the tasks of banking supervision. In 2014, he was invited to “Eurasian Savings Bank” OJSC as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, and later was elected Chairman of the Bank's Management Board. Since 2019, independent member of the Board of Directors of “FinanceCreditBank” OJSC. He has experience in the microfinance sector of the country and in the Interbank Processing Center. Joined the team of “Keremet Bank” from November 2021. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.
