OJSC Keremet Bank has the right to participate in the purchase/sale of the government securities (hereinafter "GS") of the Kyrgyz Republic in the primary market on behalf of counterparty banks. The government securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic is represented by treasury bills (hereinafter “TB"), treasury obligations (hereinafter "TO"), the issuer of which is the Ministry of Finance of KR, and by the notes of the National Bank of KR.
