OJSC Keremet Bank realizes the collateral immovable property, which passed to the ownership of the bank. It is possible to realize immovable property on beneficial terms in any convenient way: by cash or non-cash settlement, by installments (In case the object is selling by installments, the installment fee shall be applied in the form of interest at the discount rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on the date of signing the relevant Agreement), for lease with further selling, on the terms of financial lease or through a loan arrangements.
