Position:

Risk Management Officer 

Requirements: 

• higher education in the field of mathematical modeling, economics, or business management, banking;
• knowledge of legislation and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory documents of the NBKR governing banking activities;
• knowledge of corporate governance principles and basic business processes (loans, deposits, payment systems, finance, treasury operations, information systems), as well as understanding the main risks and control of these processes;
• skills to work with the large amounts of information;
• knowledge of basic office applications and automated accounting software;
• experience in financial and credit institutions (banks, MFOs) for at least 2 years;
• at least Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• statistical analysis;
• calculation and preparation of analytical indicators;
• systematic identification, measurement, assessment and monitoring of bank risks (interest rate, currency and price risks, liquidity risk);
• modeling scenarios for stress testing;
• participation in the preparation of relevant risk management reports.
