Qualification criteria:

• Higher or secondary professional economic education;
• Computer knowledge at the level of an experienced user (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Power Point, etc.);
• Honesty, ethics, idealism;
• Ability to work as part of the team;
• Communication skills;
• Commitment;
• Presence of analytical and critical thinking;
• Excellent knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages.
