Position:

Training Center Manager

Qualifications: 

• higher economic, psychological or legal education;
• work experience in the banking sector not less than three years;
• experience in methodological work, teaching, and coaching is an advantage;
• confident PC user;
• the ability to work in multitasking mode, vitality, competent and correct speech, attentiveness to details.

Responsibilities: 

• provision of capacity building and training of personnel;
• assessment and control of the effectiveness of the employee training;
• participation in the preparation of training plans for the coming year, taking into account the business needs in the appropriately qualified specialists in accordance with the incoming proposals of the third-party training organizations.
• participation in drawing up plans and a list of employees who are required to undergo capacity building training in accordance with the specifics of work, requiring mandatory certification in accordance with the requirements of the supervisory authorities and the Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• tracking offers and selection of various training centers of Kyrgyz Republic, CIS countries, and abroad for ongoing seminars, trainings and etc.
• preparation and approval of training agreements with the structural divisions of the Bank to send employees to training seminars, trainings and courses of capacity building and retraining personnel in third-party training organizations.
• control over the timely implementation of payment for training by the Bank’s employees and third-party students.
• control over the timely passing of exams by the Bank’s employees and their receipt of the relevant certificates.
