Position:

Specialist of the Credit Department in the saving bank of Karasuu city

Qualification criteria: 

• higher economic education;
• work experience in the banking sector is an advantage;
• knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) at the level of an experienced user;
• skills to conduct business correspondence and business negotiations;
• experience of working with credits in the EBRD system;

A candidate should know: 

• egislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and internal guidelines of the Bank;
• rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection;
• ethics of business communication, procedure for establishing business contacts and conducting negotiations.

Core responsibilities: 

• Customer search, attraction, consultation and service;
• Preparation of documents for loan granting;
• Checking the completeness, compliance and validity of the package of documents before loan granting and organizing the process of loans issuing;
• Financial analysis of the client's business;
• Conducting analysis of nonperforming loans;
• Work on bank guarantees.
