Position:

IT specialist in the Osh branch 

Qualification criteria: 

• higher education;
• work experience in the banking sector not less than 1 (one) year;
• skills to conduct business correspondence and business negotiations;

A candidate should know: 

• legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, NBKR regulations and internal regulatory documents of the Bank;
• rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection;
• ethics of business communication, procedure for establishing business contacts and conducting negotiations.

Core responsibilities: 

• Monitoring the status and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment, peripherals, software and automated banking systems;
• Maintenance and monitoring of online services and Internet banking, correction of errors in case of software failures;
• Maintenance of IT systems in accordance with the requirements of the internal guidelines;
• Taking operational measures to eliminate violations that occur in the course of work.
