Position:

Cashier in the Savings Bank (Kara-Suu) 

Qualifications:

• higher economic education;
• work experience in the banking sector for at least one year;
• cash management experience for at least one year;
• certificates confirming completion of specialized courses and seminars/trainings (preferably);
• experienced PC user;

A candidate must know:

• legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, NBKR regulations and internal regulatory documents of the Bank;
• rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, and fire protection;
• ethics of business communication, the procedure for establishing business contacts, and conducting negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality operational and cash service to clients of the Savings Bank;
• Advising clients on operational and cash services and conditions for conducting banking operations in accordance with the approved tariffs of the Bank;
• Informing clients about ongoing promotions and special conditions;
• Complying with client service standards;
• Accepting payments to the budget and payments for services provided by clients – physical persons;
• Consulting and client servicing on card transactions;
• Transfer and issuance of funds sent and received via international money transfer systems;
• Issuing pensions and benefits to clients – physical persons;
• Checking client data via "black lists".
