Manager-cashier (Osh c.)

Requirements:

The following qualifications must be met by the candidate:

• Higher economic education;
• At least 1 (one) year of work experience in the banking sphere;
• Experienced PC user.

The candidate should know:

• Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, legal acts of the NBKR and internal regulatory documents of the Bank;
• Rules and norms of labor protection, safety and fire protection;
• Business communication ethics, procedure for establishing business contacts and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing quality operating and cash services to clients;
• Consulting clients of the Operations Department;
• Cross-selling;
• Compliance with the standards of service in servicing clients;
• Providing customer service in relation to card transactions;
• Transfers and withdrawal of funds sent and received through international money transfer systems;
• Disbursement of pensions and allowances to individuals;
• Verification of clients' data in "black lists".

Working conditions:

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
