Position: 

Acquiring Division specialist

Core requirements:

• Have higher economic and / or technical education, or compensating work experience in information technology;
• Skills in eliminating any technical problems, software errors;
• Basic programming skills;
• New areas of banking services in the market of payment cards, acquiring, payment systems.

Principal duties:

• Providing technical support and preventive measures for uninterrupted functioning of the Bank’s network of ATMs, payment terminals and POS-terminals;
• Preparing terminal banking equipment for installation in Bank’s retail outlets and branches;
• Monitoring during the day for availability of faulty ATM and terminal hardware and equipment, and if possible, eliminating errors in situ (remotely);
• Forming a task for ATM/terminal collection for the Bank's branches, and checking the correctness of collections at the Bank's ATMs;
• Making business trips to the Kyrgyz Republic regions for repair of ATM and terminal equipment of bank branches.
