Specialist in the Acquiring Department
Basic Requirements:
- Higher economic and/or technical education, or compensating experience in the field of information technology.
- Ability to resolve technical failures and software errors.
- Basic programming skills.
- Knowledge of new banking services in the payment cards and acquiring systems market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance, installation, relocation, and removal of ATMs, payment terminals, and POS terminals.
- Conducting repairs to restore the operability of the Bank's ATM and terminal devices.
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure the operability of the Bank's ATM and terminal equipment.
- Providing advisory assistance related to the Acquiring Department's current activities with the Bank's branches.
- Monitoring ATMs that accept bank payment cards of national and international payment systems.
- Training branch employees and, if necessary, providing consultations to trade and service enterprises and cash points on servicing bank payment cards of international and national payment systems.
