Position:

Specialist in the Acquiring Department

Basic Requirements:

• Higher economic and/or technical education, or compensating experience in the field of information technology.
• Ability to resolve technical failures and software errors.
• Basic programming skills.
• Knowledge of new banking services in the payment cards and acquiring systems market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance, installation, relocation, and removal of ATMs, payment terminals, and POS terminals.
• Conducting repairs to restore the operability of the Bank's ATM and terminal devices.
• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure the operability of the Bank's ATM and terminal equipment.
• Providing advisory assistance related to the Acquiring Department's current activities with the Bank's branches.
• Monitoring ATMs that accept bank payment cards of national and international payment systems.
• Training branch employees and, if necessary, providing consultations to trade and service enterprises and cash points on servicing bank payment cards of international and national payment systems.
