Client Engagement Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients for banking products (lending, deposits, account maintenance, etc.);
- Negotiating with potential clients, identifying their needs and selecting optimal financial solutions;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients to increase their loyalty;
- Fulfilment of sales plans and development of client base;
- Participation in promotions and events aimed at promoting the bank's services;
- Maintaining reports on the results of their activities in the CRM-system;
- Analysing the market and competitors, providing feedback on improving sales processes.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service from 1 year (preferably in banking or related industries);
- Higher education (economic, financial);
- Ability to negotiate and focus on results;
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to establish contacts with clients;
- Strong objection handling skills and stress resistance;
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment;
- Proficient PC skills, knowledge of MS Office, experience of working in CRM-systems.
