Position:

Client Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new clients for banking products (lending, deposits, account maintenance, etc.);
  • Negotiating with potential clients, identifying their needs and selecting optimal financial solutions;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients to increase their loyalty;
  • Fulfilment of sales plans and development of client base;
  • Participation in promotions and events aimed at promoting the bank's services;
  • Maintaining reports on the results of their activities in the CRM-system;
  • Analysing the market and competitors, providing feedback on improving sales processes.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service from 1 year (preferably in banking or related industries);
  • Higher education (economic, financial);
  • Ability to negotiate and focus on results;
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to establish contacts with clients;
  • Strong objection handling skills and stress resistance;
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment;
  • Proficient PC skills, knowledge of MS Office, experience of working in CRM-systems.
