Position:

Chief specialist of Department for lending to small and medium-sized businesses (Talas city)

Core requirements: 

• Higher economic education;
• Experience in the field of credit at least 2 (two) years;
• Experience working with credits in the EBRD system;
• Knowledge in the field of banking legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and requirements of the NBKR;
• Analytical skills, initiative, responsibility, integrity, ability to work in a team; 
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) at the level of an experienced user;

 Core responsibilities:

• Attract and select potential clients;
•  Consulting, acceptance of applications and necessary documents for financing clients;
• Financial analysis of the client's business (other income);
• Monitoring of existing loans and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
