Qualification criteria:
- Incomplete higher education;
- Good articulation;
- Knowledge of Kyrgyz, Russian languages (knowledge of English will be an advantage);
- Acceptable speech tempo;
- Speech culture and literacy;
- Good communication skills (clarity, logical statements, attentiveness to an opponent);
- Partner behavior in conflict situations;
- Responsibility, discipline, desire for development.
Core responsibilities:
- Day shift;
- Providing background information on banking services;
- Sale of services and products of the Bank.
