WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CARD IS BLOCKED OR LOST?

"Keremet Bank" OJSC hereby provides you with a step-by-step instruction on what to do if your card is blocked or lost.
According to the procedure for card accounts service and processing transactions on bank payment cards for payroll projects in "Keremet Bank" OJSC, the client when blocking / losing a plastic card must do the following:
- Contact any branch of the Bank with your passport to reset the counter of incorrectly entered PIN-codes;
- Fill out an application to unblock/reissue the card;
- The card will be unblocked within 5-10 minutes.
It should be noted that at this time "Keremet Bank" OJSC performs all operations on the basis of original documents of clients.
If you need cash urgently, you need to go to the bank's cash desk with your passport. It takes 5 working days to re-issue a card.
