Dear clients of JSC “Keremet Bank,”We are sharing with you the progress of the construction of a 9-story residential building located at the following address: 44 Ankara Street, Bishkek city.
This project is being carried out as part of a pilot initiative in collaboration with the JSC “State Mortgage Company” under the housing program “My Home 2021-2026,” initiated by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, specifically focusing on the “Affordable Mortgage” direction.
The implementation of this project began in February 2023, and we are planning to complete the construction by the end of 2023.
As of today:
- Window installation works are in progress.
- Floor screeding is ongoing.
- Plumbing and electrical installation works for the 1st floor are in progress.
- Construction works for the 8th floor are nearing completion.
- Elevator installation and roofing works are scheduled to be finished by the end of August 2023.
We are looking forward to the swift completion of the construction and the long-awaited celebration of the housewarming!
