"Keremet Bank" held a directorate meeting
"Keremet Bank" on October 6, 2023 held an extended field directorate with the participation of members of the Board of Directors, Management Board, heads of branches and structural units of the bank.
The purpose of the directorate was to strengthen sustainable positions in the banking sector and to determine the priority tasks for the coming 2024-2026.
In his speech, Mr. Timur Berbaev, Chairman of the Management Board of Keremet Bank OJSC, emphasized the particular importance of the set tasks, such as building up the client base, increasing revenues, ensuring profitable operations of the bank, and improving the quality of assets.
Taking into account the ambitiousness of the goals set, the bank's strategy for the coming 2024-2026 is being developed, which provides for a set of measures aimed at the development and introduction of new technologies, innovative products and services that comply with advanced standards.
It is also planned to pay special attention to increasing the innovativeness of all business processes, further optimization, and modernization of the branch infrastructure.
