In Kyrgyzstan a TV serial-fairy tale for children and teenagers was produced under the Contract banking support from Keremet Bank
The presentation of the Serial “Chypalak Bala” (“Tom Thumb”) addressed to children and teenagers took place on November 1, 2023 in Bishkek. By the order of the State Institution “Creative - Production Association "Kyrgyzserial", a two-part story film was produced by the private Film Studio “SS Production”. “Keremet Bank” OJSC Banking has provided the Contract banking support between them.
The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Ainura Askarova, Director of the Institution “CPA "Kyrgyzserial" Zhenishgul Ozbekova and by the cinema industry representatives.
The Producer of the Serial “Chypalak Bala”, Founder and General Director of the “SS Production” Studio Sapar Sainazarov said in his interview that the Contract banking support has assisted to maintain efficiently the financial reporting on production costs:
– Keremet Bank served as a bridge between us and the state. Thanks to the Bank, openness and transparency of financing are ensured.
The Contract banking support means that during public procurement of goods or services, the state bank exercises control over settlements of the successful bidder for the supply of goods or services (supplier or contractor, executor, as well as all subcontractors and co-contractors) and brings the results of this control to the attention of the customer, namely a state organization. In this case, all money transactions shall be reflected in a separate account of the bank supporting the contract.
The main objective of such support is the transparency in performing contracts and the receipt of reliable information on the cost of work performed through access to information on each payment.
The fairy-tale Serial “Chypalak Bala” is a pilot part of the large-scale Project “Zhenilbes zheto” (“The Invincible Seven”). The Serial Producer is Kubat Shamshiev. The main roles in the film were played by Kanat Mamyrkanov, Tilek Bolotbek, Taazim Umetaaly, Imash Azhygulov and others.
