Dear Customers of “Keremet Bank” OJSC, 

“Keremet Bank” OJSC hereby informs you that when updating the Bank’s services, the technical failures and service interruptions occurred, therefore since January 8, 2024, problems have been arising when accepting payments through the Bank’s cash desks, clearing and GROSS payments, money transfers and mobile applications. These failures are connected with the technical works executed at the Bank.

We note that these works are necessary to get to a whole new level of processes ensuring the Bank’s service reliability and safety.

At this time, the Bank's service operation has been partially restored; we continue executing technical works to ensure the early uninterrupted and normal operation of all Bank services.

We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your understanding!
