Information for UnionPay Cardholders of International Payment System (IPS)
Dear Customers,
We hereby inform you that OJSC "Keremet Bank" will suspend the servicing of UnionPay International (UPI) bank cards starting from December 27, 2024, due to technical maintenance.
In this regard, UnionPay cardholders are required to withdraw/transfer all funds from their cards by December 26, 2024 (inclusive). All funds available in card accounts can be withdrawn at the nearest bank branches.
Starting from the specified date, the use of UnionPay bank cards will be restricted. However, customers will still be able to withdraw funds from their card accounts at bank branches after this date by presenting a passport. The Bank does not plan to close accounts—funds will remain in customer accounts and will be accessible through the branches.
