"Keremet Bank" held a guest lecture for students of KNU (Kyrgyz National University) named after Zhusup Balasagyn
"Keremet Bank" OJSC at the invitation of KNU named after Zhusup Balasagyn took part in a guest lecture. Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank Alybaev Narynbek Alybaevich, who spoke to the students, graduated 25 years ago from this higher education institution, Faculty of Economics, major specialty: Economics and Planning.
And today Narynbek Alybaevich has a quarter of a century of banking experience, more than ten of which are in top management positions in several commercial banks.
- Narynbek Alybaevich is sure that banks, being full-fledged participants in market relations, play a key role in maintaining economy of the state. The level of training of young specialists is important for successful development of this sector of economy. Therefore, "Keremet Bank" is always trying to establish a contact with young professionals. This is a distinctive opportunity for them to gain unique knowledge from practitioners and acquire mentors in the profession.
Professional experience of a practicing banker was so interesting to the students that the allotted time flew by as one instant. In form of casual dialogue future financiers, accountants, bankers and tax specialists had time to discuss with the guest how the domestic banking system works, what role the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic plays in it, what standards commercial banks are obliged to comply with, analyzed on real situations what tools banks use in their activities and even talked about international banking experience.
The students also noted the usefulness of the lecture and expressed their readiness to hold such meetings on a regular basis. In addition to new knowledge about banking activities students received branded gifts from "Keremet Bank" as a souvenir of the lecture and the most active ones received valuable prizes.
