Keremet Bank: about reduced working hours of the branch network
Dear customers of the Keremet Bank!
A state of emergency was imposed in the Kyrgyz Republic since March 25, 2020. Today our primary objective is to provide assistance to the state and Kyrgyz people in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our country.
- Given the circumstances, in order to prevent the further spread of coronavirus infection in Kyrgyzstan, the OJSC "Keremet Bank" decided to lessen the work hours of the head office of the bank from 09:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, branches and savings banks - until 15:00.
- According to the decision of Headquarters of Karakol city to counteract the spread of COVID-19 from April 14, 2020, the branch of "Keremet Bank-Karakol" OJSC will serve customers until 13:00.
- According to the decision of the commandant in Osh city of Kara-Suu and Nookat districts in Osh region dated April 15, 2020, "Keremet Bank-Osh" OJSC will serve customers from 8:00 to 15:30.
Also the Keremet Bank has decided to suspend activities of the following savings banks:
- In Bishkek city – SB No. 049-03-39 located at the address: 31, B. Beishenaliev str., Apt. 23/1 and 23/2 (in the vicinity of the Osh Market) and SB No. 049-01-01 located at the address: 1, Kozhevennaya str., (in the vicinity of the Mosque at the Dordoi Market);
- In Bishkek city Savings Bank No. №049-03-В1 Branch of "Keremet Bank-Bishkek" OJSC located at the address: 4 Shabdan Baatyr St. (city transport of the mayoralty)
- In Bishkek city Savings Bank No. 049-01-12 Branch of "Keremet Bank-Bishkek" OJSC located at the address: Moscow St., 172/ Turusbekov St.
- In Talas city - SV № 049-24-13, located at the address: 185, Manas str., (in the central market area);
- In Nookat city, Osh Region, SB No. 049-32-03 located at the address: Lenin str, unnumbered.

It is very unfortunate that COVID-19 changes not only the plans of Kyrgyzstan, but also the plans of the whole world. As one of the country’s leaders in the number of the issued plastic cards, offices and banking equipment, the Keremet Bank makes every effort not to leave its customers without access to banking products. The branch network’s officials will continue settlement and cash services at bank’s offices, but herein they call on their customers not to leave home without special need and to use the convenient 24-hour remote banking channels of “Keremet Bank” OJSC, including mobile and Internet banking.
The officials of Keremet Bank will make every possible effort to ensure the smooth operation of large network of ATMs and terminals, and the Call Center will continue to advise customers.
Currently, the primary objective of Keremet Bank is to protect the health of customers and officials. The Keremet Bank recommends that all Kyrgyzstan people must adhere to the recommendations of WHO and the KR Headquarters on COVID-19. Under the circumstances each citizen must show its personal responsibility - not to leave home without urgent need and to take care of its health and to prevent the further spread of coronavirus.
