The contact center of Keremet Bank is switching to a shorter work schedule

Dear Clients!

Important information: due to force majeure circumstances associated with a pandemic and the imposition of a state emergency in the country, as well as difficulties encountered at crossing checkpoints, the operational headquarters of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decided to suspend the activities of commercial banks on weekends.

In connection with the foregoing, the contact center of Keremet Bank is switching to a shorter work schedule:

  • From 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday - within 24 hours;
  • From 4:00 p.m. Friday to 9:00 a.m. Monday - non-working hours.


We ask customers to understand this situation and to plan banking operations in advance.
