Shareholders increased the authorized capital of “Keremet Bank” OJSC

At the end of February 2020, the General meeting of shareholders of “Keremet Bank” OJSC decided to increase the authorized capital of the bank by 1.5 billion soms. Currently, the seventh issue of shares has been completed, as a result of which the authorized capital of “Keremet Bank” OJSC has grown to 5,998,746,400 soms, and the ownership ratio of the NBKR has amounted to 96.3 %. The rest of the shares are distributed between the FUGI (State Property Management Fund) under the Government of the KR and individuals.
“Keremet Bank” will use its capital to further develop the bank's business strategy.
