"Keremet Bank" resumes issuing loans under the "Social mortgage" product in Bishkek and Chui region
We are happy to inform you that from May 26, "Keremet Bank" will resume housing lending to public sector employees throughout the country, including in Bishkek and the Chui region. Since funds are limited, in order to support the regions, funds are distributed across regions and major cities. Depending on the amount of the initial payment, the interest rate on the "Social mortgage" is from 7.5% to 9.5% per annum in soms. The loan term is up to 15 years.
A social mortgage can be issued at any of the Bank's branches.
