On September 27, 2020 Keremet Bank turned one year!
In 2019, by the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the bank's brand name was changed to “Keremet Bank” OJSC and the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic performed the re-registration procedure and issued certificate of state re-registration of a legal entity, series ГПЮ No. 0037628 dated September 27, 2019.
