Keremet Bank officially reports on carrying out a phone survey among its clients

Keremet Bank informs clients about carrying out a phone survey in order to improve the quality of services provided.

Employees of the Bank's contact center are involved in the implementation of the study. The survey is anonymous. The bank does not use either personal or banking data of clients, guaranteeing complete confidentiality to all respondents.

It is expected that the results of the survey will allow to objectively assess the quality of Keremet Bank's services, their effectiveness, as well as improve the quality of client service.

Participation in the study is voluntary and takes no more than three minutes. It is very important for us to hear the opinion of our clients in order to become even better.
