Young participants of the project “Fabrika - Deti” (Factory – Children) are guests of “Keremet Bank”
At the end of the passing year, the bank employees could not refuse the request of the international business school “Fabrika - Deti” (“Factory - Children”) and organized an excursion in the bank for young guests, having observed all safety precautions. “Fabrika - Deti” (“Factory - Children”) is a new project on the development of business intelligence, financial literacy and leadership qualities of children and teenagers from 8 to 16 years old.
Excursionists of various ages had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the financial institution work from inside, learn about modern banking services, technologies and different equipment. Employees of the structural divisions acted as guides who told the children how the banking services help to save, earn and improve their well-being.
The acquaintance started from the client’s office of the “Keremet Bank - Bishkek” branch. Children observed the work of different banking experts, visited the cash register unit, learned about cash counting machines’ functions and looked at how different types of ATMs work.
Children were highly interested in excursion to the Cash Collection Service as well. Young excursionists found out about the rules of safe money transportation and modern technologies of transported valuables protection, the cash couriers’ armored vehicle peculiarities, looked at various types of service firearms and were happy to try on body armor and helmet -"sphere", the total weight of which is around ten kilograms, and in full armor is all fourteen kilograms.
According to the feedback of the “Fabrika - Deti” (“Factory - Children”) project managers, students have received a lot of positive emotions as well as a lot of useful and new information during the excursion. Holding events for young people is a good tradition for “Keremet Bank”, therefore, we hope that in the new year 2021, pandemic will recede and a lot of different interesting, useful offline activities will be held by the bank.
