JSC “Keremet Bank” has appointed a new Chairman of the Management Board
Changes have taken place in the composition of the Management Board of JSC "Keremet Bank": Toktogul Rysbek has been appointed as a Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board. Zhumabaev Erkinbek Altymyshevich, who previously took this position, resigned his commission on the basis of the submitted application of resignation at his own request.
Toktogul Rysbek has spent many years working in various structures, specializing in accounting and reporting, financial reporting and analysis, financial management, financial control, risk management, methodology, internal control, treasury operations, taxes and compliance control. He has been working in the banking sector for more than 16 years and in the mining sector for more than 12 years. In different years, he held leading positions in the banking system. In October 2018, he was invited to “Keremet Bank” as a Senior Advisor of the Chairman of the Management Board on Strategic and tax issues.
