- MYKTYBEKOVA ASEL KERMALYEVNA – Head of the Internal Audit Department
Asel Myktybekova has been working for over 22 years in the banking sector, the last three years of them she is in a team of “Keremet Bank” OJSC. During the years of work in the bank, she proved herself to be a professional in her field with a high level of expertise both in the bank and in interaction with the external auditors. A significant contribution has been made to the development of the bank’s internal control management system, including in terms of corporate governance under her direct supervision.
- MAMBETKADYROV BOLOT NURGAZIEVICH – Corporate Secretary
Bolot Mambetkadyrov has solid work experience in the financial sector, in “Keremet Bank’s” team since 2017. He proved himself to be a highly qualified and professional employee, who thoroughly knows his work. During his work, he has made a significant contribution to the organizing of the corporate work system, its complex development, and its competent approach in interaction with management bodies – shareholders, Board of Directors, and the Management Board of the bank.
