The funds allocated to Batken region for the implementation of the Social Mortgage program have been fully assimilated
The volume of loans issued and applications accepted in the Batken region within the framework of the Social Mortgage program has approached the regional limit. All previously received loan applications will be considered in accordance with the established procedure.
- Regional limits have been set for a fair distribution of funds for all regions, to date, the Osh, Naryn and Batken regions have assimilated the funds allocated to them.

Representatives of budgetary spheres can get Social Mortgage in Keremet Bank: educational, medical, social, sport, cultural spheres, as well as employees of law enforcement agencies and local self-government bodies, tax and customs services and other social spheres. Social Mortgage is issued for a period of up to 15 years at an interest rate of 8.5% to 10.5% per annum in soms (depending on the amount of the initial payment).
