PROMOTION ACTION! Keremet Bank sells other property on beneficial terms
Keremet Bank OJSC sells other property being on the bank's balance sheet with the installment plan from three to five years and the discount of up to 20%.
The Promotion Action applies to objects placed on the bank's balance sheet before October 18, 2018, on the following conditions:
- when paying 100% of the redemption value of realizable other property, 20% discount shall be provided;
- when paying 75% of the redemption value of realizable other property, 15% discount shall be provided (remaining redemption amount stipulates the installment plan for up to 3 years without interest, from 3 to 5 years - with interest equal to the NBKR discount rate);
- when paying 50% of the redemption value of realizable other property, 10% discount shall be provided (remaining redemption amount stipulates the installment plan for up to 3 years without interest, from 3 to 5 years - with interest equal to the NBKR discount rate).
The individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can take advantage of the special offer. The Promotion Action doesn’t apply to the buyers endowed with the repurchase right.
Promotion Action validity: from November 1, 2021 to November 1, 2022.
