A new composition of the Board of Directors has been elected in Keremet Bank

On November 2, 2021, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held at “Keremet Bank” OJSC. Following the results of the Meeting, a decision was made to elect the new composition of the Board of Directors:
- Abdykadyrov Kalybek Dzhusukeevich
- Davlesov Aibek Nasyrovich
- Mamytova Kastoru Kasymbekovna
- Karpovich Stanislav Evgenievich
- Seitkasymova Raushan Ryskulbekovna
The Board of Directors has elected Mamytova Kastoru Kasymbekovna as the Chairperson.
