By the resolution of the Board of Directors of "Keremet Bank" OJSC dated November 15, 2021 new Members of the Management Board were appointed:

- Shapakov Kubanychbek Zhenishbekovich - Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Keremet Bank" OJSC(as of November 17, 2021);
- Dadybayev Maksat Kolbekovich - Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Keremet Bank" OJSC (as of December 01, 2021).
