How to activate the service?
- Visit a branch of the bank in which you are a client, and submit a request to activate the service (the application template is given by the bank). You shall produce a passport;
- You should receive a receipt with your login, then password to enter your personal account will be sent to number specified in application.
- If during registration you have chosen the authentication method via OTP-code you need to get a QR-code (issued by the Bank);
- Download and install the Google Authenticator on your mobile device;
- Scan the QR code received in the bank using Google Authenticator;
- Download the Keremet Bank Mobile application in the Play Market or App Store, depending on the operating system of your mobile device and install it on your smartphone.
How to log in your personal user account?
When you first visit your personal user account (registration):
- Open the Keremet Bank mobile application installed on your smartphone;
- Enter the login received in the Bank and the password* sent via SMS in the appropriate fields;
- Then enter in the verification window in the Mobile application received one-time code in SMS message/one-time OTP-password ("one time password"), which is generated in Google Authenticator and is valid only for one authentication session, as it is limited to a certain period of time.
- Create a PIN-code to enter the Keremet Bank Mobile banking. Memorize it! In the future, the PIN-code will be required to log in your personal user account;
- Log in and work in your personal user account without visiting the offices of the bank.
Further visits to your personal user account:
- Open Keremet Bank Mobile app on your smartphone;
- Enter the PIN code you have created earlier;
- Log in and work in your personal user account without visiting the bank's offices.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
- For the safety of your money on your accounts, never keep your login, password, PIN number near your mobile device!
- Do not save your login, password, PIN on the smartphone!
- Treat your personal data with care and attention like you treat your money!
