 ELCARD for individuals solves the issues of cash storage and use, allowing a person to pay for goods and services without commissions at various trade and service outlets in Kyrgyzstan.

ELCARD The pensioner's card is a reliable way of receiving a pension. To issue a card it is necessary to provide a passport and a pension certificate. The Bank monthly calculates interest on the positive balance of the card at a rate of 5% per annum!

ELCARD Social benefits are intended for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic - recipients of cash benefits and compensation from the Ministry of Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Bank monthly calculates interest on the positive balance of the card at a rate of 0,3% per annum!

ELKART Contactless (with NFC module) allows you to make contactless payments, eliminating the need for third parties to reach the card, and saves the time required to pay for purchases.
