	ELCARD Social benefits are intended for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic - recipients of cash benefits and compensation from the Ministry of Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Bank monthly calculates interest on the positive balance of the card at a rate of 3% per annum!
	ELKART Contactless (with NFC module) allows you to make contactless payments, eliminating the need for third parties to reach the card, and saves the time required to pay for purchases. At the same time, the ELCART Contactless card can be used to pay for goods and services not only in the Kyrgyz Republic, but also in the Russian Federation, Belarus and Armenia.
