Corporate Secretary

Corporate Secretary of OJSC "Keremet Bank" is a person who ensures the maintenance of systematic communications between the bank and the shareholders, shareholders and the Board of Directors, services under the Board of Directors, the Management Board and other bodies of the bank. Corporate Secretary promotes proper corporate interaction between the bank's management bodies and officials, as well as the process of improving corporate governance, ensuring and organizing the work of the bank's top and supervisory management bodies, contributing to timely and high-quality corporate decision-making in the interests of the bank. Corporate Secretary acts as the advisor to the members of the Board of Directors for all their activities with the application of the provisions on corporate governance, and also monitors the implementation of decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors of the bank. Corporate Secretary is an official of the bank who performs their duties on an independent basis.

Corporate Secretary of the Bank - Chyntemirov Mirlan Dzholoevich 

He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Law Academy under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Department of Management and Law. He started his career in the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2012 to 2017 worked in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic as a Chief Specialist in the Legal Support Department, in the Labor Department, in the Employment Department. From 2018 to 2021, he worked as a Corporate Secretary in Oshelectro OJSC, Jalalabatelectro OJSC and Vostokelectro OJSC. From 2021 to 2023 he held the positions of Corporate Secretary, lawyer, expert on corporate issues of "National Energy Holding Company" OJSC. In September 2023 he was elected Corporate Secretary of Keremet Bank OJSC.
