Risk Management Department

The Risk Management Department is the independent division of the bank in accordance with the approved organizational structure and reports to the Board of Directors of the bank. The main purpose of the department is to assist the Board of Directors and the Management Board in formation of an effective risk management system that ensures the identification, assessment, control and monitoring of risks.

The objectives of the Risk Management Department are:

• formation and implementation of the bank's unified risk management policy;
• organizational structure of the risk management system;
• monitoring the effectiveness of the risk management system;
• implementation of the corporate culture of risk management.
