On August 19, 2021, the Board of Directors approved a strategic document - “Anti-corruption Policy of “Keremet Bank” OJSC, which determined a unified approach to the implementation of the requirements of anti-corruption legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Anti-Corruption Policy is a Bank’s fundamental document in the field of anti-corruption and concerns measures to prevent and minimize the corruption risk. The Policy specifies expressly the anti-corruption principles and requirements, and also describes the procedures for interaction between the Bank, shareholders, management bodies and employees with the government and local authorities, partners, customers and third parties.

The Bank declares openly declares in the adopted document of its disregard to any criminal manifestations in carrying out its activities and of its adherence to ethical standards and principles of conducting an open and honest business, and of striving to improve the corporate culture, adhering to the best corporate governance practices and maintaining the Bank's business reputation.

Within the period from June 18 to 19, 2021, Atanova Gulsaara Turgumbaevna, the Member of the Board of Directors of “Keremet Bank” OJSC took part in a training organized by the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the State Financial Supervision Authority and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the topic: "Fundamentals of Corporate Management: Principles, Roles, Best Practices and Publicity to Raise Capital”.During the event, the participants have examined the best corporate management practices in the Kyrgyz Republic and the new paradigm for attracting high-quality investments through strengthening of national corporations.
